Santiniketan, a town in West Bengal, India, is famed for its affiliation with Nobel laureate Rabindranath Tagore. This paper looks at the possibility of engaging with Santiniketan's natural and cultural heritage and its growing aged population in an integrated approach that allows for development of infrastructure and a skilled labor pool.
